The Gift of Meditation

The Winter Stillness Collection

3 Recorded Meditations in support of

the Centre for Animal and Nature Assisted Therapy CIC

Raising funds to provide therapy to people in need.

Celebrate Winter Stillness

As the year turns, nature reminds us that rest and renewal are part of the same breath.  What we gathered in the past serves who we are right now, and what we give and become in future.

Reaching the end of 2025 and welcoming in 2026, I have chosen to offer a thoughtful meditation collection that you can gift to yourself or to others you care about.

All the funds donated in exchange for this collection are given to the Centre for Animal and Nature Assisted Therapy CIC.

These 3 Winter Stillness Meditations are recorded especially to help you integrate the gifts and learning of the past year, to ground yourself with gratitude for your life and the lives around you, and to plant intentions for the year to come.

As always in my work, each meditation draws on the elements and wisdom of the Earth and its plants and animals. Every donation received in exchange for the meditations will enable others to receive therapy with me with my amazing birds of prey and in the beautiful private woodland where I find healing through nature connection.

Your participation - in giving your time, intention, and funds - will bring these meditations to life for the benefit of yourself and others.

Thank you for your support,

Karen

Meditation for Well-Being

Meditation is integral to my life, my health and well-being, and to my connection with the world around me.

Meditation has been practised and studied for centuries and has been shown to have so many benefits for our emotions and nervous system.

  • Improved physical health by reducing high blood pressure and heart rate,
  • Better sleep, lower anxiety and stress by  reducing cortisol,
  • Calmer state of mind by fostering patience and awareness,
  • More self-awareness which can help promote empathy and connection.

Energy flows where your attention goes. Whether you practise for 1 minute or 1 hour,  indoors or outdoors, guided or by yourself, meditation can be most powerful when practised with an intention.   In a community of like-minded people, meditating with common purpose connects us at a deep level, and this is why it is part of everything I offer to my clients.

Meditation is a pathway to connect to your inner self, to others, and to this Earth and her nature and animals.

The Winter Stillness Meditation Collection

Winter Stillness and the Turning of the Year

Offer gratitude for the lessons, challenges, and blessings that the past year has brought, and begin to open your heart and mind gently to what the next turning of the year may hold.

The Still Heart of Winter - Being in the Present

Bring yourself fully into the present moment - into the quiet, steady heart of winter - and allow ourselves to rest there, with no need to do or to change anything.

Seeds in the Stillness - Welcoming the Year Ahead

Winter marks both end and beginning.  Sense the subtle stirrings beneath the surface — the seeds held within stillness, quietly preparing for the seasons to come.

We ask for a donation of £30 in exchange for the full set of 3 meditations.

After donating you will receive a link where you can listen to or download the meditations. This link can be shared with someone else making this a thoughtful gift to pass on to someone you care about, as well as supporting others to receive therapy.
