AUTUMNAL WISDOM - LIVE ONLINE
Autumnal Wisdom for Well-Being
Starting Monday 1st September - 12 week programme
This programme will allow you to get a sense of what connecting to nature means to you, and for you to find ways to deepen that connection to enhance your well-being.
This Autumn, we will be co-working with the plant medicine of Silver Birch, and the animal medicine of Spider, to help us align with the season's energy.
Over the 12 weeks, there will be four live webinars, hosted on Zoom, where I will guide you on how to develop your connections with the plant and animal we are co-working with.
You will be sent my own Plant or Animal essences by post, for you to take daily over a certain period, which can deepen your connection to the world around you.
You will be assigned two Personal Nature Discovery Assignments throughout each Seasonal Wisdom Programme, inviting you to co-work with another ‘being’, to observe and deepen your connection with perhaps a tree, plant, animal, the land, etc.
You will also have two individual consultations to help you develop your connection to nature in a way that suits your circumstances as you continue through this Programme.

ONE DAY - IN-PERSON WISDOM MASTERCLASS
Mugwort Immersion - Plant Medicine Masterclass
SUNDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER 2025 - 9:30AM to 4:30PM
This one day masterclass will allow you to co-work on a very deep level with the Plant Spirit Medicine of Mugwort, to help yourself and others.
A full day of immersing ourselves with this wonderful Plant Spirit and receiving her guidance and wisdom.
This experiential masterclass will guide you through the herbal medicine, ecology, history, folklore and energy healing of this wonderful plant.
I will guide you through the day, allowing your senses to fully open, to develop a deeper respect and understanding of the plant wisdom.
There will be meditations and journey work within this masterclass - no experience necessary as these are fully guided.
The day of this course has been chosen to culminate with the most powerful time to honour and co-work with this amazing plant spirit - Full Moon energy weaving through the day, a time when she (Mugwort) is at her most powerful). We will also take this opportunity to co-work with her energy and the rising Full Moon to co-create an essence during the masterclass.
NOTE - Mugwort should not be taken if you are pregnant or allergic to the Chrysanthemum family of plants.

Doctrine of Signatures through the Ages

"The virtue of all herbs is known by their signature, that is, by their shape, figure and form" -Paracelsus (1493-1541)
The Doctrine of Signatures, sometimes called the 'language of plants' is an ancient idea that plants, minerals and even animals reveal their medicinal or spiritual uses through their outward forms, colours or behaviours. This idea of nature's way of showing us purpose is seen as both a medical theory that was once widely practiced, and a language of symbolism that is still alive in cultural and spiritual traditions.
Come and join me in this talk exploring the Doctrine of Signatures for the plant world, including how the Doctrines have formed over time and how relevant they are today.

Hunter's Moon - New Moon & Full Moon Ceremonies
SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER & TUESDAY 7TH OCTOBER 2025
The Hunter's Moon, an Anglo-Saxon name for the moon that occurs at this time, reminds us how our ancestors started preparing for the coming winter by hunting, slaughtering and preserving the meats.
For our ancestors, the approach of winter signalled the possibility of going hungry, so the Hunter's Moon was granted special honour, historically serving as an important feast day in both Northern Europe and for many native American tribes.
Symbolically this is a time of transition, prosperity, fulfilment and preparation. Come and join me to learn how to tune into and co-work with the Hunter's New Moon and then follow the cycle to the culmination of the Full Moon. .

Mabon Celebration and the Wisdom of Maple and Bison
MONDAY 22ND SEPTEMBER 2025 - 7PM - 9PM
Celebrate the festival of Mabon, a festival of balance, of gathering in, preparing resources and also of deep gratitude for all that has come before that allows us to be here now... A time too of completion , contentment and fulfilment.
We will bring in the wisdom of the Maple, with its beautiful and colourful release of the old leaves to feed the next year's growth. The teachings of Bison will bring in gratitude and the importance of living in harmony with nature and one another.
This event will be a small group to allow me to respond to any questions, so book early for your place.

DRUMMING - IN PERSON - RUISHTON, Nr TAUNTON
Drum Circle Weaving
SUNDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER - 10AM to 1PM
Community drumming, weaving the sounds of our drums with the song of the Earth.
Come and join a friendly group for this fun, interactive drum circle, tuning into this energetic and animistic tradition of our land and ancestors.
During the monthly drumming circle, participants are invited to co-work with a seasonally curated selection of vibrational essences, most of which I have personally co-created with various plants, animals or birds. Experiencing the wisdom of these beings through drumming offers deeper insights into both the beings and oneself.
At the heart of our drumming circle is a very special Grandmother Drum, which allows six people to drum with her simultaneously. I warmly encourage everyone to take their turn to connect-in and co-work with her. Together, with her, we provide the central heartbeat and direction of each weaving.
Drumming has been shown to help ease stress and anxiety, bring joy and boost mental health and well-being - so come with an open heart and mind and have some fun!
No prior experience is required. If you wish to attend but don’t have a drum, I always bring a selection along for participants to work with.

Wisdom of the Earth
MONDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER - 7pm to 8.30pm
This talk on the 'Wisdom of the Earth' looks at how our ancestors knew how to access the wisdom health within the earth, the mountains and their stones, crystals and caves. Recognising the wisdom of these places and stone beings helps us gain an deeper understanding of our place on this beautiful planet.
By bringing in the places that hold deep wisdom and explaining their significance, this talk will explore our 'place' on this earth, how our birthplace can affect where we find sanctuary, the sacredness of special earth sites, and how we can listen more to the wisdom held within this beautiful living, breathing being that we call home.

Hunter's Moon - Full Moon Ceremony

NOTE: This session FOLLOWS ON FROM the NEW MOON CEREMONY ON SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER
The Hunter's Moon is a time of transition, prosperity, fulfilment and preparation. Join me as we connect with the Moon energy through meditation, ceremony and gratitude. Following our first session with the New Moon, we meet again to reflect on what our observations and connection with the Moon's energies have shown us. We will also offer our gratitude to the Moon for her Wisdom, honouring the guidance she has given us.

ONE DAY - IN-PERSON WISDOM MASTERCLASS
Animal & Nature Assisted Therapy - An Introduction & Invitation to explore for yourself
SUNDAY 12TH OCTOBER 2025 - 9:30AM to 4:30PM
This one day exploration and experience offers you a personal and professional introduction to Animal and Nature Assisted Therapy. Through direct experience connecting with the land and with Birds of Prey, participants will discover how these practices can support mental, emotional and physical well-being, and at the same time gain insight into their applications in healthcare and healing.
The morning sessions will focus on awakening the senses and building connection with wild land and community. In the afternoon participants will engage respectfully with three to four Birds of Prey, exploring the wisdom they bring to the healing relationship.
Rooted in animistic principles and nature connection, this day provides both a meaningful personal journey and a valuable foundation for those curious to understand this growing field.
